We make every effort to give a friendly and professional service, but we realise that we cannot please every patient all the time. If you have any suggestions for improvement, concerns or complaints please let us know. The complaints procedure is available from reception.
We are continually striving to improve our service, any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated by our Patient Participation Group who are involved in developing all aspects of the services we offer.
