By far the easiest way for you to request repeat medication is online
Ordering online will help you as it shows you the right name strength and dosage to order and when it is next available. We request that patients who are able to do so request their repeat medication online.

It is important that you attend these reviews otherwise we may not be able to continue to prescribe your medication.
